Catalogue design to accompany Guo Pei’s exhibition at the Asian Civilisations Museum. The cover features one of her signature couture dresses, which she was inspired to create after visiting ACM’s travelling show on Peranakan art at the Musée du quai Branly in Paris. Wrapped and printed on a silk-like fabric with gold foil on the text as finishing touches, the florescent pink and foil treatment gives the book a fashion-forward and striking appearance. The inside pages features 29 of her most iconic dresses, paired with collections from the museum.
